What does a typical week look like?

At least 16 training sessions over 6 weeks — a mix of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (gi and no-gi) and Kettlebell conditioning. You'll also follow your personalized nutrition plan, with weekly accountability check-ins with Professor Fabio. Before the program kicks off, we schedule a small-group orientation and fitness evaluation to record your starting measurements and baseline stats.

Do I need any experience with Jiu Jitsu or Kettlebells?

None at all. We teach you everything from the ground up. By week two, you'll feel confident on the mat. By week six, you'll wonder why you didn't start sooner.
